“杭州之角”--浙江印刷集团总部项目是零壹城市应对复杂城市环境挑战的又一充满智慧的力作。项目场地位于杭州市核心城区，场地北面和东面紧邻车速较快的城市主干道及高架桥，西面和南面是市中心的一片旧住宅区，西北面是京

杭大运河及市中心地标西湖文化广场。场地离西湖仅1.8公里，70m以上部分能望到湖面。

The Headquarter of Zhejiang Printing Groupproject, which called ”The Corner of Hangzhou”, is a smart answer by LYCSArchitecture to the challenges from complex urban situation. The site locatesin the

central urban area of Hangzhou. The northand east sides of the site are closed to a main street and an elevated high-waywith heavy traffic. An old residential community sits next to the west andsouth of

this site. On the northwest side of thesite are the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the West Lake Cultural Square,which is the landmark of the city. The distance between the site and the WestLake is only

1.8 km. People could enjoy the nice view ofthe lake on the site from the height above 70m.

项目之所以称为“杭州之角”，是因为场地位于西湖景观分析区域中划定的城市核心区的最东北角。人们由周边区域进出市中心都会经过场地，极具昭示性。设计首先面临的问题是如何定义一个城市中心区域的边界；同时还面临如何在

紧张的用地下设计大体量要求的100米高层，又要对周边住宅的影响降至最小，还需遵守西湖景观分析的要求？

The name “Corner of Hangzhou” comes fromthe site location, which is just at the northeast corner of the city centerdefined in the West Lake Landscape Planning. People exit or entry downtownHangzhou will

always pass through the site. The firstchallenge comes as how to deal with the large building mass, with height of100m, in a limited site area. At the same time, the site as in city center asksfor a

landmark, where the building is required tominimize the effect to the surrounding residential communities.

应对这些挑战，设计首先在场地引入对角线切分，将建筑主体设置于场地东北侧，定义了城市中心的转角的四个空间界面指向性：沿着对角线获得了朝向西湖方向的最长的景观面，能够一览无余地望到西湖；面向北侧的城市干道和东侧

的高架桥是两个完整的建筑昭示面，面对快速的车流，建筑以大体量、连续横向线条的方式应对车流的尺度；指向西湖文化广场的是局部出挑的城市露台，为高层内部空间延伸出面向城市公共空间与运河的半户外空间。沿着对角线挤压

的建筑体量，也使建筑对周边住宅的影响降到最小。对角线的方式同样贯穿在流线组织上，从西北到东南的流线串联创意文化入口广场、中心广场与南侧下沉广场，在底层塑造了园林式游走路径的创意文化街区。建筑外立面使用水平向

的连续遮阳百叶，作为造型的同时满足遮阳需求。遮阳百叶在立面根据室内的休闲、绿植等公共空间局部“掀开”翻起，朝向城市打开远眺的视线。

To cope with these challenges, the designintroduces a diagonal axis into the site and locates the building to thenortheastern corner. The four sides of the building define the corner of urbancenter with

four spatial directions. The south sidealong with the diagonal axis gets the longest face towards the beautiful lakeview. The northern and eastern sides are two complete volumes facing heavytraffic with

big scale surfaces subdivided by horizontalshade louvers. The side pointing to the West Lake Cultural Square is partialoverhangs balcony and terrace. The semi-outdoor space extends interior viewsand

actives towards the city public space ofcanal and square. The building volume is compressed along the diagonal axis tominimize its impact on the surrounding residential area. The same diagonalstrategy is

used for organizing the circulation. Fromthe northwest to the southeast,the creative & cultural production plaza,the central plaza and the south landscape plaza are connected diagonally, whichis to make a

garden-style creative and cultural districton the ground level. The building facades are covered by horizontal continuouslouvers. They texturelize the form with a smaller scale and shade the summer

sunlight. Part of the louvers, where closeto interior public space, are lifted to ensure a better sight toward the city.

建筑内部在垂直方向分别设置了入口大堂、共享大厅及空中大厅，在大体量的建筑内部引入自然光线、通风和绿色植物。这三个连通的共享空间在建筑形态上形成了上下两端的透空，避免了南向压迫感的体量，并与遮阳百叶形成虚实对

比的界面效果。首层的入口大堂八层通高，南北通透，面向南面的入口广场与庭院引入室外景观。位于中部的共享大堂，剖面之字形的错层公共空间增强自然通风，通过旋转环廊连接上下层。位于上部的空中大厅顶部自然采光，使得高

层当中仍然有新鲜空气与绿色景观植物。在建筑70米的高度设置室外半围合的空中花园，为高层办公提供了更接近地面的体验。

Inside the building vertically locates theground lobby, the sharing hall and the sky lobby, where naturallight,ventilation and greenery are introduced into the inside of the massivebuilding. In

architectural forms, these three connectedpublic spaces lighten volumes in the upper and lower parts. On one hand, theyalleviate the sense of pressure to the south building. On the other hand, alongwith

the shading louvers,they form the contrastbetween transparency and solid.The lobby on the ground floor, which iseight-floor high, brings light and landscape into building from south entranceplaza. In the

sharing hall, located in the middle of thisbuilding, the natural ventilation is enhanced by a zigzag section, and a spiralgallery connects the upper and the lower floors.The sky lobby, which is locatedin

the upper level of this building, is openup to the nature for creating a sky garden with fresh air and green plants atthe height of 70 meters. This semi-enclosed garden offers the experience of beingclose

to the ground for people who work at a highrise building.

正是设计巧妙而大胆的策略，在投标阶段，在与其他都是两座塔楼的设计中脱颖而出。目前项目已经通过报建，预计2015年底开始施工。

Itis modest and audacious, all at once. Our proposal stands out in thecompetition because we think outside the box rather than double-tower in thedesign. Now this project has passed the approval and is

expected to start construction at the endof 2015.
