优秀的导视系统应如同一道指引的光,引导使用者在场所中交往,设计自己的故事,参与自己的剧情。本次导视系统设计竞赛,由主办方华鑫置业(集团)有限公司(简称"华鑫置业")携手YoungBird共同发起,“Halo”以一种轻松惬意的方式,打开智慧产业社区的大门,让所到之人一见倾心。探讨和解决办公环境与共享社区有机融合的策略—不乏创新的灵感,区域的识别度,延续的空间感,以及多元化的挖掘。
An outstanding signage design guides users to interact with the site and develop their own narratives where they are the protagonists, just like a beam of light. In collaboration with YoungBird, China Fortune Properties (Group) Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “China Fortune Properties”) is launching the “Halo” Smart Signage Design Competition 2017. “Halo” means opening up a smart industry community to the public and impressing them at first sight. The competition is meant to provide innovative solutions to the integration of working environment and a shared community in a bid to transform the site into an instantly recognizable landmark with a continuous sense of place and unlimited potential.
竞赛的基地位于上海市徐汇区漕河泾开发区东区,北至宜山路,南至田林路,西侧毗邻上澳塘港,东抵桂林路。
The site is located in the eastern part of the Caohejing Development Zone inside Xuhui District, Shanghai - adjacent to Yishan Road to the north, Tianlin Road to the south, Shang'aotang Port to the west and Guilin Road to the east.
本次竞赛主要针对华鑫置业漕河泾片区内的四大园区户外空间进行导视系统设计:华鑫中心、华鑫展示中心、华鑫天地·一期、华鑫天地·二期、华鑫慧享中心&华鑫科技园。
This competition is about conceiving a signage system for the outdoor spaces of the four major sections including spaces inside the Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, including the China Fortune Business Center , China Fortune Exhibition Center, China Fortune Properties Horizon - Phase Ⅰ, China Fortune Properties Horizon - PhaseⅡ , as well as China Fortune Wisdom Hub and China Fortune Hi-Tech Park.

选择园区内具有典型性和可诱发性的空间场所进行导视系统设计,提升场所的商业价值及满足人们潜在的活动需求。参赛者可自选以下至少10项内容进行成套的导视系统设计(不仅限于以下内容,可在此基础上自行发挥)。
Basic Elements
Entrants are required to select the most iconic and activity-inducing spaces inside the specified outdoor spaces and propose a signage scheme that could increase the commercial value of the site and bring about more user activities. Entrants must select at least ten of - but not limited to - the elements listed below.

Smart Elements
Participants are encouraged to propose a scheme that contains smart wayfinding concept or approach as a way to rejuvenate the community. Ground-breaking designs are preferred.

➀标准性原则
充分考虑与建筑风格、景观环境的协调统一,达到提升华鑫置业的整体形象和“智慧产业社区”的特点。(不限于材料的选择、色彩搭配、造型设计等)。
➁可达性原则
深入分析华鑫置业“智慧产业社区”的交通流线、功能布局,满足多种功能需求。
➂有效性原则
(可见、可理解、可印象)深入了解使用者的需求和行为,充分考虑不同人群接受信息的差异性,能够让空间信息第一时间传达给使用者。
➃诱发性原则(潜在的可能性)
针对同一空间的不同使用需求、不同使用状态提出各种引导使用方案,诱发可能性的社会活动。
➄商业价值提升原则
使园区环境更加形象化,同时加深人们对园区商业的记忆,最终提升商业价值。
Basic Points
·Uniform: a scheme should conform to the architectural style and landscapes of the Park by means of materials, colors, shapes and other approaches as the entrants prefer in order to improve the image of China Fortune Properties and underline what the “smart industry community” really means.
·Accessible: to signify varied programs by digging into the traffic circulation and program layout of the “smart industry community”.
·Efficient (noticeable, comprehensible): to look into the needs and behaviour patterns of users, factor in the ways different groups of users receive information, and send spacial messages to users in seconds.
·Activity-inducing: to propose ideas based on users’ diversity of needs inside a specific space, and bring about more social interaction.
·Value-increasing: to better visualize the community environment, make the commercial programs more impressive to users and thus add value to the property.

Smart Points
·Innovative: to fully present “smart” elements by means of novel ideas and expressive approaches
·Artistic: to reference the architectural style and landscapes of the community in an artistic manner.
➀方案需完整呈现于2张A2纵向图纸上,要求图纸清晰,标注可读(页面边距10毫米),包含:
简短说明文字:不超过500字(标注除外);
· 报名编号:位于图纸右上角。编号要求字体:Arial 字号:24;
· 导视系统设计图纸:包含一套完整的标识平面图、立面图、概念分析图及场景运用效果图(不仅限于模型照片、细部图等)。
➁提交格式统一为JPEG,每张A2图纸大小不超过20MB。
➂参赛方案需自行命名,命名不超过4个字(中英文)。请按照“报名号-方案名称-图纸序号”格式命名文件。
➃作品提交语言:中英双语或英语。
➄所有图纸和文字说明在线提交时请勿打包压缩,以免压缩失败或链接失效。
·A scheme shall be presented in two A2 sheets in a clear, vertical way and in readable format (with a 10mm page margin) and include following parts:
-Descriptive text no longer than 300 English words (except notes);
-Registration No. shall be put in the upper right corner of the sheets, in Arial 24pt font;
-A scheme shall contain plans, elevations, sections, concept analysis diagrams, and renderings for different spaces (not limited to digital model images and detail images)
·The A2 sheets shall be in JPEG format - no larger than 20MB for each.
·A scheme title shall contain no more than 4 English words in the “registration No. – scheme title – sheet No.1/No.2” format.
·A scheme shall be in bilingual (for Chinese-speaking entrants) or English (for English-speaking entrants).
·The two A2 sheets and the explanatory text shall be uploaded separately.
➀任何设计相关学科背景的单位、机构、从业者、学生、爱好者均可参加,不限国籍和年龄;
➁参赛者可以组成不超过三人(含)的团队,团队中的专业背景可以跨学科、跨专业,每个团队提交一份成套的导视系统设计方案。
·This competition is open to design practices, plus professionals, students and design enthusiasts of all ages with design-related background across the world;
·Interdisciplinary team registration (three members at most) is allowed; each team shall submit one scheme that contains the elements as required.
