　　招聘职位|Vacancies

　　O 资深室内设计师 Senior Interior Designer
　　1. 5-7年建筑室内设计及现场指导工作经验，本科以上学历，有医院空间、酒店空间等类型项目业绩者优先考虑;
　　2. 完整参与过室内项目的方案设计、配合各专业施工图设计、现场指导，直至完工交付的全过程;有独立组织全套施工图的能力，能够协调各专业设计工作，并具有审核全套施工图的能力; 具备创新设计思维，熟悉各类材料及工艺流程，对家具品牌和软装有深入了解;
　　3. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和较强的领导能力，能够与业主、合作设计院、供应商、材料商以及其他相关专业公司高效配合;富有责任感，善于团队协作;
　　4. 熟练掌握英语或法语交流技能，熟练掌握AutoCAD, Sketchup，Rhino, 3Dmax, Photoshop等设计软件
　　岗位职责
　　1. 协助项目设计总监与业主沟通，完成项目前期方案，扩初图深化、后期现场跟踪指导;
　　2. 同时参与项目的建筑改造方案设计与室内装饰方案设计;
　　3. 独立完成项目前期的模型研究，方案表现草图等。
　　4. 审核项目工作计划，全面控制各设计项目的进度进程
　　5. 综合协调施工现场，有计划的推动整体工作进度，协调业主关系，协调与合作设计院关系，独立处理和解决现场施工问题
　　1. 5-7 years’ design & on-site experience in interior design, healthcare and hotel references is preferred, bachelor degree or above;
　　2. Fully involved in the whole process of interior design project, including helping the design of construction drawings, site guidance and the delivery of the project; have the ability to organize independently a full set of construction drawings, to coordinate all the professional work, and to check the full set of drawings; innovative, familiar with all kinds of materials and process, have a good knowledge of the furniture brand and soft fitted;
　　3. Have a strong leadership and good communication skills, be able to communicate and cooperate efficiently with the clients, design institutes, suppliers, material providers, and other related professional companies; have a good sense of responsibility, good at teamwork;
　　4. Fluent in English or French; familiar with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Rhino, 3Dmax, Photoshop and other design software
　　Job descriptions
　　1. Help the project design director communicate with the owners, complete the pre – program design, development design, and the site guidance of the project;
　　2. Participate in the architectural rebuild design and interior design;
　　3. Complete independently the pre-model research and the program performance sketches of the project;
　　4. Review project schedule, take full control of the design process
　　5. Control the construction site comprehensively, promote the overall working schedule, deal with our relationship with the clients and the design institute, solve independently the construction problems on site.

　　O 总经理助理(人事财务方向)
　　人事：
　　协助总经理进行企业薪酬规划，完善公司规章制度
　　协助会计事务所制作及审核每月工资单;
　　协助会计事务所办理员工社保入职离职手续;
　　负责招聘工作;
　　负责统计员工加班、调休、请假情况;
　　负责起草和管理员工劳动合同，并向总经理和总部汇报
　　负责外籍员工商业保险的选择和签约工作;
　　领导行政助理进行项目timesheet统计并计算项目人力成本
　　其他领导交代的人事相关工作
　　财务：
　　日常收、支款;
　　跟进项目付款进度，制定年度收入预测表格，向总经理和总部财务汇报;
　　发票的开具和管理;协助会计事务所进行每月报税工作;
　　协助会计事务所进行每年审计工作
　　领导行政助理审核员工每月报销
　　协助总部财务总监与会计事务所进行沟通协调
　　进行各项财务核算，为管理层提供分析数据，商务定价数据基础;
　　与会计事务所一起负责税务、银行等相关部门的沟通协调工作;
　　其他领导交代的财务相关工作
　　任职要求：
　　3年工作经验;
　　英文流利;
　　熟悉office软件，
　　有建筑事务所工作经验优先考虑
　　擅长沟通，热爱团队;
　　同时处理多项事务
