N14 is an exclusive 11-story residential tower located in Chittagong. Designed to reflect the essence of an urban villa, the development has only one unit per level. This high-end development has been designed to offer privacy and luxury across the 3 unit types including a luxurious duplex apartment which caters for specific lifestyle preferences of a particular owner while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across the entire building façade.

双层挑高的入口大堂采用了木质百叶饰面，营造温暖而精致的氛围，为整栋建筑风格定下了基调。当住户到家时，迎接他们的是一个配有丰富绿植的水景单元，从街道方向看去，水景变成了一个小瀑布，为归家体验增添了自然气息。

The double-height entrance lobby sets the tone for the building, featuring a textured timber-louvered cladding that exudes warmth and sophistication. As residents arrive home they are greeted by a water feature with lush green planted islands, which transforms into a small waterfall visible from the street, adding a natural ambiance to the arrival experience.

塔楼的设计由一系列建筑门户元素组合而成，构成了立面造型。这些门户元素，下部采用石材，与上部形成了触感和视觉上的强烈对比。

The tower’s design is articulated by a sequence of architectural portals that frame the facade. These portals, clad in stone on their lower sections, provide a tactile, visually engaging contrast.

夜晚，边缘的灯带点亮，勾勒出了建筑的独特造型。竖直方向上，门户元素延伸至女儿墙上方，从泳池露台可以直接眺望城市景观。

At night, the edges of the portals are illuminated, highlighting the building's distinct form. The vertical portals extend above the parapet framing the views of the urban landscape from the pool deck contributing to the building’s crafted image.

在建筑的二层和屋顶层，住户可享受共享设施，包括一个无边泳池和一个健身房，将吉大港的美景尽收眼底，使 Number 14 成为城市中心的奢华生活圣地。

At the second level and rooftop levels, residents enjoy shared amenities that include an infinity-edge pool and a gym, both with panoramic views of Chittagong, making N14 a sanctuary of luxury living in the heart of the city.
