Catalyst

Can architectur Housetelier   be an urban catalyst? How to regenerate an urban zone withinterventions of specific forms of architecture?

By designing a space based on the three points of work, exhibitand live, the Housetelier creates the ideal conditions toattract creative enterprises that could enhance the urban context in theDashila District both by contributing to its micro economy and by fomentingcultural and intellectual exchange through activities and events.

建筑如何承载城市催化剂的角色？又怎样在在形式特殊的现存城市空间中催生新的形态？

旨在设计一个附着三个基本功能的空间：工作、展览和生活的原型，Housetelier以一种理想化模式为大栅栏吸引创意产业势力，强化本地的文化属性。促进地域性经济循环，并带来文化及智慧思考活动的信息交换和社会功能可行性。

Program

Conceived as an architectural prototype for urbanre-development, the Housetelier integrates office space,gallery space, and living space in a seamless architectural strategy. Bycreating spaces that are visually related to a central courtyard, but thatcould also be accessed independently, the Housetelier could beused by up to three different tenants simultaneously.

The first level of the building situates at each of the foursides of the courtyard an atelier, service space (kitchen, storage, andrestrooms), office space, and gallery space in a sequence of spaces that relatevisually and spatially.

The Second Level of the building includes a residentialapartment whose main spaces are arranged around the central courtyard.

功能

Housetelier是以工作空间、画廊空间和生活空间为整合一体的建筑策略，它衍生出一例城市重新改造的建筑原型。空间在视觉上由中心的庭院空间组织，但同时各自自主自成体系。Housetelier可同时容纳三个租户。

首层平面由围绕中心庭院的四户组成，分别是工作室、服务空间（厨房、储藏和厕所）、办公区域以及画廊空间。互相视觉与空间上交替相连。

第二层主要是居住空间，而其主要空间同样围绕着中心庭院展开。

Lantern

Treated with a translucent polycarbonate main façade, the Housetelier looksradically neutral during the day, while it turns into a kaleidoscopic lanternduring the night, inviting those who wander around to discover the contents ofthe building.   

灯笼

半透明的聚碳酸酯材料使得建筑在半天显现中性淡然的气氛，而日落之后，内部活动通过灯光向城市展现，吸引周围漫步的人们。
