Silhouettes of sailing yachts, outlines of sea-ice ridges, as well as sailing ship images of St. Petersburg engravings and pictures are the design motives of the residence complex situated in the territory of Vasilyevsky island harbour wave contour.

在设计理念的指导下,我们拆除了现有建筑,建造了新的建筑。建筑群中,正交格结构曾在圣彼得堡历史中心作为典型的外观结构使用过,现在也用到了这里。Vasilyevsky岛的延伸部分Sredny Prospect、Srednegavansky Prospect和Foot Avenue组成该综合体的主轴线。
The designed site is limited on the east by Nalichnaya Street, on the north by Shkipersky Protok, on the west by the Shkipersky Channel, on the south by the Ladle of the Galerny Waterway.
Demolition of site buildings and new building construction are provided by the concept. The orthogonal lattice, received in the course of the analysis of typical quarter of the St. Petersburg historical center, is the basis for the regional regular planning structure.Continuations of Sredny Prospect of Vasilyevsky Island and Srednegavansky Prospect as well as Foot Avenue are the main compositional axes.

| 这个综合体中拥有精心布置的复杂交通系统,可以满足行人和自行车畅通地抵达海堤。因此,概念设计中延续并进一步优化了以长度著称的Samarskaya海堤。
Territory of the complex has elaborate system of bicycle and pedestrian traffic which smoothly passes into embankment space. Thus, the architectural concept continues improvement of Samarskaya Embankment which is well-known for its length.

| 该综合体共有7个装有通行管理系统的出入口,这样的交通系统可以使车辆畅通无阻。而且还有单层地下停车场可以供租户使用。访客停车场主要设计在道路两旁。购物和娱乐中心车辆停放则被安排在单层地下空间和一个七层高的停车场。该项目的概念草案中也包括了配套水上公交站和水上巴士停靠泊位。
The territory of the complex has 7 entrances/departures equipped with pass entry system for an exception of through traffic. There are underground single-level car parkings made for tenants of the house. Guest parkings are designed, mainly, along driveways. Parking of the shopping and recreation center is organized in a single-level underground space and in a 7-storeyed car parking. The draft concept provides for the organization of an additional river bus stop and a river bus mooring berth.

| 住宅建筑都集中成组团,形成了公共空间(街道)和私人空间(庭院)。商务客房和消费服务的企业都建在各个建筑物的一楼。学前教育机构坐落在居住区深处,各中学之间相距不远,集中于一个小园区的中央位置,形成了一个教育组团,也给这里的租户提供了运动场地。
Residential buildings are grouped in blocks which form accurate public (street) and private (yard) spaces. Commercial rooms and consumer service enterprises are built in the first floor of the houses. Children's pre-school institutions are situated in the deep of the residential area. Institutions of secondary education have short distance between each other. They are located in the center of micro district, forming an educational complex and providing accessibility of sports ground for tenants of the houses.

Playgrounds for children of younger age are situated in private spaces of the yards in direct visibility from windows.

| 该项目尽最大可能保护了现有的园林景观,车辆不能随便进入到私人庭院。所以这里种植了大量的树木和灌木,到处都充满绿色。
The project provides for the greatest possible preservation of existing landscape gardening. Vehicle access to the private (yard) spaces is limited. As a result, they are planted to the maximum with trees and shrubs.

| 建筑的9到18层能满足人们放松的需要,如一个圆形剧场一样下降到海湾处,为大多数公寓打开了一片海湾美景。该项目中建筑体块和各个拱门为该建筑群创造了良好的日照、通风和声学条件。
Number of storeys in the buildings (9-18) meets the requirements of relief. It descends to the Gulf like an amphitheater and opens a view of the Gulf for the majority of apartments. Orientation of blocks in the cardinal directions and existence of arches create favorable insolation, aeration and acoustic conditions.
