Located in Region IV, on the windy coastal town of Huentelauquén, W Housedevelops a program that includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room andterraces. The commission presented two restrictions, the first to create spacesprotected from the wind and the second not exceed a construction budget of 12UF (US$ 500) per square meter. © Mauricio Fuertes The site of 50mt by 100mt is next to a rocky area where the waves breakfrom the sea, to the north is the neighboring site and to the east is thedriveway. By a continuous wall of pine set vertically the house resolved three ofits four facades, which allows it to articulate different patios and isolatethe interior from the future constructions. 用松木做的连续墙体垂直于房子，解决了3个立面的问题，表现了不同的平台并将室内从未来的建造中隔离开来。
© Mauricio Fuertes The program of these patios refers to the need to control the prevailingwind, the first developed as an intermediate space for expansion of the livingroom area and the second is designed to accommodate the tents of the childrenwho can camp in safely.
