KAMJZ Architects Envisions CAP Group Headquarters in Milan

来自波兰的建筑工作室KAMJZ architects 在米兰最新的方案提议是CAP集团的总部大楼设计，CAP集团是意大利第一家上市公司，与190个市政部门进行合作，主要负责管理水资源及供水。作为操纵这种自然资源的全球顶尖公司之一，设计总部大楼重要的点是通过不同的方面来展示它 —— 从外部美学特点结合场地内部特征进行大楼设计。

This latest proposal in Milan by Polish studio KAMJZ architects is the headquarters building for CAP group, the first Italian public company and a consortium of 190 municipal branches working with the management and delivery of water services. Being among the top firms that handle this natural resource, it was important to showcase it in the design through different aspects — from external aesthetics to the way it is handled within the site.

由于提供供水和与水资源使用相关的所有服务，建筑工作室KAMJZ architects为CAP集团设计的总部大楼将致力于强调环境的生态意识。 实验室，控制着分散式水的质量是这个建筑中最重要的功能之一，这将被重点显露出来以表明其重要性。 与展览层空间一起，他们将具有教育功能，增长市民的见识同时还作为学校的游览空间 - 目前每周都有市民访问该建筑物 - 了解水资源及其供应的所有特征组成。

With a mission to provide water supply and all services connected to its use, the CAP group HQ building by KAMJZ architects would develop a strong focus on the environmental dimension. Laboratories, which control the quality of distributed water and are one of the most important functions in this building, would be highly exposed to reveal their importance. Together with the exhibition floor, they would have an educational function of informing citizens and helping school excursions — that currently visit the building every week —  to understand all characteristic compositions of water and its supply.

在施工过程中，要解决的另一个问题就是如何使现有建筑物的一部分与需要不断监测整个城市的水分配的部门一起运行。这个提案之所以能取得成功多亏提出了一个与有效的人员管理计划相关的智能分期提案。

During the construction process, an additional issue to solve was to maintain a part of the existing building operational together with the department which has to constantly monitor the distribution of water for the entire city. This was achieved thanks to a smart phasing proposal connected with an efficient people management scheme.
