NPO亚洲低碳设计研究院(AILCD)很高兴邀请来自世界各地的学生参加第八届AILCD国际学生设计大赛。今年的主题是“超越成长——跨越若松与户畑”。该比赛目的是解决若松-户畑地区城市发展缓慢的问题。

主办方要求参赛者重新设计城市景观,并为该地区提出低碳城市的建议。北九州市的城市范围正在缩小,这是一个需要认真思考的问题。


竞赛场地

北九州(日本),若松-户畑地区

若松-户畑地区连接了Dokai湾沿岸的2个地区,北部是若松的老城区中心,南部是户畑的老城区中心。

参赛要求

竞赛面向研究生(硕士和博士生)的多学科团队开放,也面向建筑、景观、土木工程及相关学科的本科生开放。参赛者可以以个人或团队形式参赛,每个人或每个团队只能提交一个项目。


竞赛要求

您的设计方案覆盖若松和户畑整个旧城区,也可以只选择特定场所,例如您可以选择与竞赛场地类似的2至3个场地进行方案设计。

所有方案都应该包含以下至少一项或多项功能:
- 城市总规划
- 低碳城市概念
- 整体可持续概念
- 绿色空间设计
- 可再生能源系统
- 可持续交通系统
- 与周边地区的联系

注册程序

注册时,请发送电子邮件至bart@kitakyu-u.ac.jp,其中包含:

- 学校名称,包括教师和/或部门的名称;
- 团队负责人的电子邮件地址;
注册完成后,您将收到一个注册号码,该注册号码标注于最终提交的作品中。


注册费用:竞赛不需要注册费。

语言:竞赛的官方语言是英语。


作品提交要求

- 电子格式:4张A2面板(JPEG文件)和1份PDF文件,其中包含英文的项目说明书(A4,2页);
- 面板尺寸:A2(594mm x 420mm)(横向构图);
- 作品应包含项目概念、图表、平面、剖面、透视和效果图;
- 参赛作品必须在所有面板(18pt)的右下角标明注册号码;
- 作品不允许参赛者或联系人的名字。
- 建议书应通过电子邮件发送至bart@kitakyu-u.ac.jp,一封电子邮件不得超过10MB(超过10Mb的电子邮件将无法接收)。如果附件大小超过10MB,可以分开发送。
- 作品提交截止日期后不接受任何提交;
- 文件名称:注册号码后加01、02、03、04、05号项目标识的页码,如WKTC18001-01,WKTC18001-02等

The NPO Asian Institute of Low Carbon Design (AILCD) is pleased to invite students from all over the world to take part in the 8th AILCD International Student Design Competition. The theme of this year is “Beyond Growth – Bridging Wakamatsu + Tobata”. The competition addresses the problem of urban shrinkage in the Wakamatsu – Tobata area.
The competition asks the students to re-design the urban landscape and to make a proposal for a low carbon urban project within this area. Urban shrinkage should be considered as a real problem for the city of Kitakyushu.

The Wakamatsu – Tobata area connects of 2 areas along the Dokai Bay, in the north the old center of Wakamatsu, in the south the old center of Tobata.

Admission
Multidisciplinary teams of Graduate (Master and PhD students) and Undergraduate students from Architecture, Landscape, Civil Engineering and related disciplines are accepted. Team and individual entries are accepted. Only one project may be submitted per person or per team.

Competition requirements
You can choose the whole area covering both old centers of the Wakamatsu and the Tobata area or only one specific part, for example 2 or 3 sites within the same competition site area as the site for your proposal.
All proposals should contain one or more of below features:
– urban shrinkage
– low carbon city concept
– overall sustainable concept
– green space design
– usage of renewable energy systems
– sustainable transport systems
– connection to the surrounding area

Registration Procedure
For registration, send an e-mail to bart@kitakyu-u.ac.jp, containing;
– names of all participants of your team, individual entries are accepted as well
– name of university including name of faculty and/or department
– e-mail address of the team’s head student
After your registration is completed, you will receive a registration number which must be integrated in all boards of your final submission.

Registration Fee
No registration fees are required for the competition.
Language
The official language of the competition is English.

Entries
– Digital form: 4 (four) A2 panels (JPEG files) and 1 (one) PDF file containing the project statement (A4, 2 pages) in English.
– Panel size: A2 (594mm x 420mm) (landscape format = horizontal orientation)
– The boards should contain project concept, diagrams, plans, sections, perspectives, and photographs, all in English.
– Entries must contain the registration digit in the lower right corner on all boards (18pt).
– No names of participants or affiliations are allowed on the boards.
– Proposals shall be sent by email to bart@kitakyu-u.ac.jp and one e-mail should not exceed 10MB (e-mails over 10Mb can’t be retrieved). If the size of the e-mail exceeds 10MB send the files by separated e-mails.
– Proposals are not accepted after closing date for proposal submissions.
– File name: the registration number followed by page number 01, 02, 03 and 04, and 05 for the project statement, ex. WKTC18001-01, WKTC18001-02, etc.
