爱上一座城，许是为城里的一道生动风景，或是一段青梅往事，又或者，仅是为了这座城，和城里的这些人……当晨曦掠过大地，港城的大街小巷、拐角屋檐，处处弥漫著烟火气和人情味，慢慢感受、细细品味。

Love a city, perhaps for the city of a vivid scenery, or a plum past, or just for the city, and these people in the city ...... When the morning sun sweeps over the earth, the streets and alleys of Hong Kong City, corner eaves, everywhere filled with smoke and human flavour, slowly feel, savour.







顶膳会，一家坐落于张家港市中心创富大厦的高级粤菜馆，以提供顶级粤式美食为宗旨。其核心理念是“用新鲜、健康的食材，不添加任何化学物质，让每道菜肴都散发出食物本身的美味”。

此外，“顶膳会”还蕴含着“善良”的深层含义——即“人之初性本善”。在首次会面时，餐厅的主理人就向设计师传达了这一初衷，希望通过他们的菜品和理念，传递出健康、善良的生活态度。

Top Cuisine Club, a premium Cantonese restaurant located in Chongfu Mansion in the heart of Zhangjiagang City, aims to provide top quality Cantonese cuisine. Its core philosophy is to "use fresh and healthy ingredients, without adding any chemicals, so that each dish exudes the flavour of the food itself".
In addition, "Top Lunch Club" also carries a deeper meaning of "kindness" - "people are good in the beginning". During the first meeting, the restaurant's manager conveyed this intention to the designer, hoping to convey a healthy and kind attitude towards life through their dishes and concepts.

壹· 序厅
One - Prologue

设计师希望为现代都市人群打造一处别具一格的新场域，让他们机会与自然遇见、与人遇见，虽置于匆忙的都市间，在步入序厅的那一刻，就有了抽离感。透过现代艺术的设计手法，将东方文化的核心精神融于空间，营造一个“近者欣喜，远者向往”的就餐环境。

The designer hopes to create a unique new venue for the modern urban population, so that they have the opportunity to meet with nature and people, although placed in the rush of the city, the moment they step into the prelude to a sense of detachment. Through modern art design techniques, the core spirit of oriental culture is integrated into the space, creating a dining environment that is "pleasing to the near and desirable to the far".

















贰·平衡
Two - Balance

此处并非追求与世隔绝，而是一片伫立于喧嚣世界中的净土，可以卸下伪装，畅谈朝升暮落的每一个故事，追溯一种回归内心宁静的状态。空间不受限制，自由流动，展现着东方独有的柔美。

东方之美，美在其温婉。整体以含蓄的叙事方式，将东方人的审美意境娓娓道来。连廊上、中厅处，运用大体块、悬挑的构成手法，围合出引导流线，形成“似间若隔，欲露还隐”的空间效果，犹如画卷一般徐徐展开，引人探幽。

This is not a place to pursue isolation, but a piece of pure land standing in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the world, where you can remove your disguise, talk about every story of the morning and evening, and trace a return to a state of inner tranquillity. Space is not restricted, free flow, showing the unique beauty of the Orient.
The beauty of the Orient lies in its gentleness. The overall narrative is subtle, telling the aesthetic mood of the Orient. On the connecting corridor and in the middle hall, the use of large blocks and overhanging composition, enclosing the guiding flow, forming the spatial effect of "like a gap between, pre-disclosure but also hidden", like a scroll slowly unfolding, attracting people to explore the secluded.









叁·“粤”然于港城，满酌自忘尘
Three - Cantonese in City, full of wine and forgetting the dust

设计师从经营者角度思考设计，致力于呈现食客们所热爱的视觉盛宴，以"色"之自然、"味"之鲜美、"形"之精美、"器"之精良，打造出充满当代东方气息的环境，让自然感受成为空间主导。

空间的动线设计充满了巧思，打破了传统空间划分的限制，创造了一个可以自由流动的空间。设计师通过对顾客行为需求的深入理解，强调空间的整体性与流动感。其动线以流畅的姿态引导着食客自然而然地从一个区域流向另一个区域，让人们可以在各个区域之间自由穿梭，享受美食的同时，也能享受到空间的乐趣。

The designers think about the design from the perspective of the operator, and are committed to presenting the visual feast that diners love, creating an environment full of contemporary oriental atmosphere with the naturalness of the "colour", the freshness of the "taste", the delicacy of the "shape", and the sophistication of the "utensils", and letting the natural feeling become the dominant space.
The design of the space is full of ingenuity, breaking the traditional limitations of space division and creating a free-flowing space. The designers emphasise the wholeness of the space and the sense of flow through their in-depth understanding of the customer's behavioural needs. Its dynamic line guides diners to flow naturally from one area to another in a smooth manner, so that people can travel freely between various areas and enjoy the food while enjoying the space.







木材错落的锯齿纹理，墙面自然面石材，斑驳的金属面洞石，赋予空间质朴和温润，低调雅致的色调，用细节唤醒感官，在此酌上一杯，闲静品尝人间百味，忘却凡尘尽享自由宁静。

Wood staggered sawtooth texture, wall natural surface stone, mottled metal surface travertine, endowed with space rustic and warm, low-key elegant tone, with the details of awakening the senses, in this drink on a cup of wine, quietly savouring the flavour of the world, forget the world to enjoy the freedom of serenity.











肆·触达
Four - Reach

开放的公共用餐区和包厢区在中厅处两侧分流，两个区域间保持了一定的距离感。基于建筑空间的基础，在南侧的采光面设置包厢，在进入包厢前的廊道内刻意做了流线的转换，巧妙地在转换点位上布置艺术装置，唤起人们对形态美学和材质美学的重新审视。

七间包厢分别以“万里、行乐、知书、小隐、方寸、留白、寻幽”为主题，探索东方人文的雅緻审美。

The open public dining area and the box area are separated on both sides of the centre hall, and a certain distance is maintained between the two areas. Based on the architectural space, the private rooms are set up on the light side of the south side, and in the corridor before entering the private rooms, the flow line is deliberately transformed, and art installations are cleverly arranged at the transformation points to arouse people's re-examination of the aesthetics of form and material.
Each of the seven boxes is themed with "Wanli, Xingle, Zhishu, Xiaojian, Fangcun, Liubai, and Xunyi", exploring the elegant aesthetics of oriental humanities.









借月光的纯粹洗净一身尘埃，借花木的宽容抚平心灵的褶皱。枯枝自墙体蔓延而出，与底部的景观装置组合，与天井处倾洒下的光线交汇、重叠，在黑与白的强烈对比下，形成独具东方风韵的一隅。

The purity of moonlight cleanses the dust of the body, and the tolerance of flowers and trees soothes the wrinkles of the soul. Dead branches spread out from the wall, combined with the landscape installation at the bottom, and the light pouring down from the patio meets and overlaps, forming a unique oriental corner under the strong contrast of black and white.







“光线是建筑的诗意。”光透过藤编的缝隙，在墙面绘成一幅美丽的画卷。在细节处设计空间里的小确幸，借每一个美好的瞬间，照亮生命漫长的旅程。用心去感受生活中的每一个细节，珍惜那些看似平凡却又充满意义的瞬间。

"Light is the poetry of architecture." Light passes through the gaps of rattan weaving and paints a beautiful picture on the wall. Design the small fortune in the space in the details, borrowing every beautiful moment to illuminate the long journey of life. Feel every detail of life with your heart and cherish those seemingly ordinary but meaningful moments.











作家白落梅曾说：“我亦可贪恋烟火，殷实人家，几间瓦房，四方小院，守着流年，幸福安康。”人之所求，不过一日，两人，三餐，四季，在此皆可如其所愿。

光线以更为柔和的姿态进入空间，微妙的暗色调融入了整个空间，时间的流逝在这里被放慢，让人好似走进了一个古老的故事中。色彩搭配充满了复古的气息，连空气仿佛也被染上了一层淡淡的复古意味，慵懒而缱绻地弥漫在整个房间里。踏足其中，即刻便被一种温暖而宁静的氛围包裹。

Writer Bai Lumei once said, "I can also crave for fireworks, a solid family, a few tiled rooms, a small courtyard in four directions, keeping the years, happiness and well-being." What people want is just one day, two people, three meals, four seasons, and here they can have what they want.
The light enters the space in a softer manner, subtle dark colours are integrated into the whole space, and the passage of time is slowed down here, as if people have entered an ancient story. The colour scheme is full of retro atmosphere, even the air seems to be dyed with a layer of faint retro meaning, lazy and lovingly filled in the whole room. When you step into it, you are instantly wrapped in a warm and serene atmosphere.





在这个浩瀚无垠的宇宙中，每一个生命的存在都是一个独特的奇迹。人与人之间的相遇，就如同星辰与星辰在夜空中的邂逅，短暂而灿烂，充满了未知和可能。

“走过繁华万丈，暖一场相逢。”在这个世界里，能够遇到那些让我们感到温暖和快乐的人是一种『缘』。就像“顶膳会”一样，让我们怀着善意，去珍惜这些难得的相遇，去探寻生活里的未知，创造美好的记忆。
