该房坐落于一个平坦的沙丘，靠近拉古纳佛得海滩。该地有一人高，看不到远处的景色，所以客户的主要要求之一就是试图欣赏远处的风景。

同时，该房建造的公寓不允许任何类型的围栏，这使得客户的要求容易达成。最后，客户强调，他希望该房子的主要空间可承办所有的聚会活动。

这些是在为该房设置时考虑的最重要的因素。所有的卧室都位于一楼，二楼有客厅、用餐厅、厨房和阳台。

从而形成一个大的开放空间面向客户要欣赏的景色。此外，这一大面积空间还由外部76厘米的楼梯连接到地下。

楼梯被认为是该项目的最重要的因素，因为它使房子不与“海滩生活”分离，这主要指户外楼梯。楼梯的设置使得二楼的露台与海滩永久的连接起来。

This house is located in a flat of dunes, near the beach of Laguna Verde. At the height of a person, the place has no distant views, so one of the main requirements of the client was trying to obtain them.
Meanwhile, the condo, where the construction is located, does not allow any type of fence, which makes the customer′s requirement affordable. Finally, the client emphasized that he wanted the house to have a principal area where all the group activities could take place.
These were the most important factors in determining the setting of the house. On the first floor all bedrooms are located and on the second floor you find the living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace, forming a large open space facing the views the client wanted. In addition, this large area is connected to ground floor by an exterior staircase of 76cm.
This staircase was thought as the most important element of the project, as it makes the house not be isolated from the “beach life”, which takes place mainly outdoors. The staircase makes the terrace located on the second floor be in permanent connection with the beach.
