The project consists of social housing and accession. This is to create a harmonious whole without differentiation between. It is a contemporary and resolutely mediterranean project.
All the accommodation is through, they are serviced by outside walkways integrated in the volume of the frame. The Outside walkways are treated as beneficially living spaces sheltering cellars and allowing people to meet.
Light wells are used to create natural ventiltations for windows kitchens and bathrooms. The deep loggias allow to create a real shady space continuity salon.
Hanging gardens on the upper floors are split volumes to let light inside the patio. Flaps "butterflies" are used to create suns breezes when they open.
