weighty bronze plates dissect vintage sculptures in studio nucleo project

位于都灵的工作室Nucleo的核心成员有意大利最具声望的艺术家、设计师和建筑师。在2016年成功资助“Terra Grass ”项目启动之后，由Piergiorgio Robino领导的艺术家和设计师已经集体将工作重心面向雕塑艺术。在其最新的展览中，Nucleo工作室在复古雕塑的“过去经验法则”系列作品中运用了焊接的抛光青铜板。

torino-based studio nucleo houses some of italy’s most prestigious artists, designers and architects. after successfully funding its ‘terra grass’ kickstarter campaign back in 2016, the collective of artists and designers, head by piergiorgio robino, have shifted gears towards sculpture-driven arts. in its latest exhibition, nucleo presents the ‘law of past experience’ series of welded and polished bronze plates on vintage sculptures.

Nucleo工作室的“过去经验法则”系列由Atto Belloli Ardessi和Ginevra Bria Futurdome策划，使用计算机辅助布尔运算来创建的独特雕塑。使用布尔运算法则，设计师可以明确地在雕塑中执行减法、交集和结合的操作。这创造了当代艺术与传统雕塑的完美结合。

nucleo‘s ‘law of past experience’, a project curated by atto belloli ardessi and ginevra bria futurdome, uses computer-aided boolean data to create the unique sculptures. using boolean data, the designers can determine the operations of subtraction, intersection, and union executed in the sculpture. this creates a perfect harmony between contemporary art and traditional, historical sculptures.
