This office building represents 75% of the block, shared with a housing program. It is characterized by three main buildings on a whole ground floor, arranged in a homogeneous “comb” oriented North / South. This device offers a compact size to the entire project while generating breaths between structures : water garden at the North and hanging gardens at South .
It also helps to ensure good readability and legibility, and a strong identity to this office complex that opens on the South ground floor through a long glass opening containing all three halls and access two meeting rooms enjoying double height.
North and South facades in stamped concrete insist on the frame and the openings, while the East and West facades are made of clear glass curtain wall applied on the supporting structure. Upstairs, a large ambulatory offers unobstructed views to the halls , double-height meeting rooms and the gardens which one have access to. The green roofs offers a real fifth façade to the building.
