the 100m2 dwelling is 12m in diameter and 4m high, made entirely of recycled laminated-timber and a salvaged aluminum hull. balconies are located on sides and thanks to large windows, permit nearly panoramic views of the surroundings. bathroom and kitchen skylights flood the space with sunshine, and 60m2 solar panels capable of generating 4kwp takes care of the rest. the interior of ‘waternest 100′ includes living and dining rooms, sleeping quarters, kitchen, and lavatory. other configurations can be adapted to different needs including but not limited to: an office, lounge bar, restaurant, retail shop, or exhibition area.
