Living room

本案为精装房改造项目，位于北京丰台区核心地段，建筑面积87㎡，家庭成员为新婚夫妻和一猫一狗。

在注重体验感的当下，空间与空间的界限已变得逐渐模糊，因此我们打破原本零散的空间布局，“化零为整”，将客厅、餐厅、厨房连通，形成开放的共享空间，释放空间活力，承载生活的各种可能。

The renovation project is located in Fengtai, Beijing, with floor area of 87㎡. The family members are newlywed couple, a cat, and a dog.
At present, people are emphasizing on experience, the boundary of space has become gradually blurred. Therefore, we reorganized the original space layout, “integrate the parts”, by connecting the living room, dining area and kitchen to form an opened and shared space, release the vitality of space and create various possibilities of life.

/ “合” 与 “和” /
“Combination” and “Harmony”

原户型起居空间狭小，客、餐厅布局分散，不符合屋主当下的生活状态。我们将隔墙拆除，公共区域“合”为一室，既是对空间的重组，也是对生活的重新定义。改造后的空间满足休闲娱乐、亲朋聚会、室内健身等功能需求，促进了家人与彼此、与生活的“和”谐共处。

我们将屋主对生活的热爱和品质的追求注入空间的细节之处。天花曲面造型隐藏了原始结构横梁，弱化空间边界。以米色铺陈空间底色，搭配原木、棉麻等软装元素，营造亲切、放松的居家氛围。

The original living space is narrow, the living room and dining area are scattered, which is not go with living condition of the client. We removed the partitions and “combine” the common area into one space, it is reorganization of space, as well as redefinition of life. The renovated space is for recreation, family gathering and indoor fitness. The new layout promotes “harmonious” of family members.
The details of the space reflect the enthusiasm and good taste of the client. The curved shape on ceiling conceals the original structural beam and weakens the space boundary. Beige as dominates color for the space, go with wooden, cotton, linen and other decorations to create a friendly and relaxing living vibe.

Balcony as house-keeping area

客厅中心区域放置双向沙发，丰富空间使用场景，一面可观影、娱乐；一面可静坐、阅读。开阔的空间使采光和空气通透流畅。

A double sides sofa is placed in the center of the living room to enrich the living scenarios. One side for watching movies and playing video games, other side for meditation and reading. The opened space makes the light and air flow smoothly.

餐厅连接客厅与厨房，可提供2-8人的就餐空间，同时还可作为日常办公和娱乐的活动区，具备多样的社交属性。

The dining area is for 2-8 people, connects living room and kitchen. Meanwhile, it can also used as working desk and for other recreations.

/ 独立空间盒 /
The BOX

将原始客卫面积缩小后释放了更多起居空间，用木饰面包裹，形成空间中独立体块。转角圆弧处理，柔化边界，并与天花造型呼应。

The original guest bathroom was reduced in size to release more living space, and form an independent block with wrapped wooden veneer. The arc-corner soften the boundary and echoes the ceiling.

Storage system diagram

客卫安装自动回弹隐形门，取消把手，保持造型极简、流畅。内部保留基本使用功能，并增加柜体收纳。

The guest bathroom is installed automatic rebound door with no door handles, keeps the shape simple and clean. The bathroom retains basic functions and adds additional storage.

开放式厨房与餐厅、客厅形成空间互动。缩小客卫面积后，为厨房预留出更多置物及操作空间。冰箱、洗碗机、蒸烤箱等厨房电器全部嵌入式设计，保证空间整洁、统一。

The open kitchen interacts with dining area and living room. After reducing the size of guest bathroom, more space for storage and operation is reserved for the kitchen. Fridge, dishwasher, over and other cooking appliances are all embedded to make the space neat and unified.

Other spaces

电视背景墙暗藏收纳和卧室门，保证墙面的完整统一。卧室由休息区、衣帽区、洗漱区组成，依次连通，互不干扰。空间以纯色为底，搭配木饰面，简洁明亮。

The TV wall conceals storage and bedroom door to ensure the integrity and unity of the wall. The bedroom consists of resting area, cloak area and washing area in sequent without interference. The space is minimal and bright with pure color and wooden finish.

Vanity

主卫干湿分离，便于使用，墙面、地面采用哑光灰砖，空间色彩统一。

The bathroom separates dry zone and wet zone for convenience. The wall and floor are installed matte gray tiles for unified color hue.
