项目为旧房改造设计，使用面积85㎡。伴随两个孩子不断成长，原始两居室已经不能满足业主居住需求，希望在保留较大公共空间的前提下拥有三个独立居住空间。

我们采用“叠落”的概念，通过置入一个相互通融的体块重塑空间，将原本只有一个窗户的次卧重新分隔，部分空间重叠，即满足了拥有独立空间的需求，也获得了有趣味的空间体验。

The project is renovation apartment with floor area of 85㎡. With children are getting older, the original two-bedroom layout is no longer fulfill the living requirement. The client want to have three independent living spaces while retaining large common space.
We adopt the concept of “Overlaid”, by placing an interlocked block to reshape the space. Remodel the second bedroom which has only one window into overlapping space, provides independent spaces as well as obtain interesting spatial experience.

设计始于简洁的布局和内饰，没有繁冗的装饰元素，以简化的线条实现形式与功能的复合。客厅是主要的家庭休闲及会客场所，“弱化”功能性后为全家预留尽可能大的活动空间。

The design starts with concise layout and interiors, without redundant decorative elements, to composite the form and function. The living room is for family event and entertaining, we weaken the function of the space that provide larger space for the whole family.

电视背景墙采用巴士门的形式，启合间转换不同场景模式。

为了扩充起居空间，厨房开放式设计，并融入岛台和餐厅，实现餐厨一体。室内通透且明亮，以放松、安驻的空间感受贯穿全屋。

In order to expand the living space, the opened kitchen integrates dining area and kitchen island. The interior is bright and open, relaxation and cozy vibe is provided for the whole space.

“叠落”的儿童房设计是全屋的亮点，通过“横向”与“纵向”上的空间重塑，使原次卧变为两个既独立又互通的儿童房。

The overlaid children’s room is the highlight of the space. By remodeling the space horizontally and vertically, the original guest room is transformed into two independent and connected children’s rooms.

依托近2米9的层高优势，整合的“上下床”成为一个空间尺度的“大玩具”，具有多重含义，功能上承接了空间枢纽的作用。两个房间彼此独立，姐妹起居生活互不干扰；透过阳台区域连接，实现联通，助于培养、建立姐妹间的亲密关系。

By taking the advantage of ceiling height of nearly 2.9 meters, the integrated “bunk” becomes a “big toy” with multiple meanings as spatial hub. The two rooms are independent, so that the sisters can live without interfering with each other, while the balcony area creates connection, which helps to cultivate and build up the intimacy between the sisters.

Younger sister's bedroom

主卧风格简约，黑色的床头背板和床头柜搭配洞石灯具提升空间质感。主卧走廊墙上设计圆形孔洞，助于父母照看年龄尚小的儿童。孔洞创造空间上的视觉互动，同时也为走廊提供采光。

The master bedroom is minimal with black headboard and nightstands, the stone light fixtures enhance the quality of the space. We install a circular hole on the wall of the master bedroom for parents look after the children. The hole creates visual interaction, while bringing natural lighting.

改造后主卫缩小部分面积，次卫拥有双台盆和三分离卫浴布局，为家人日常使用提供便利。

The new secondary bathroom has dual sinks and three-separate zones layout for daily use.
